Fees

WhatWeWant believes in a contributor fee model. This means we don't charge any fees for those running campaigns.

Here's how it works:

When a contributor gives you £100, that £100 goes straight through to you, and the contributor will pay the payment processing fees, which for a £100 donation is about £4. This amount goes to the payment processing company and ensures all handling costs are covered.

The reason for this approach is that we believe that there is nothing worse than reaching your target and then you get hit with a processing fee at the end of all your hard work raising funds. At WhatWeWant we want you to keep 100% of what you raise. 

We're for fee transparency

Campaigners pay nothing that means no setup, monthly or platform fees. WhatWeWant charges a flat fee of 4% on any contribution made. Donors pay 1.9% + around 25p payment processing fees on top of their donation which goes to our payment processor.
